Bill Rader - Specialized fitness

Bill and Connie Rader are a husband and wife team with extensive experience in athletic training, sports fitness, general conditioning, weight loss, and nutrition. Both have a bachelor’s degrees from the University of California Davis. Bill’s degree is in exercise physiology and Connie’s in dietetics with an emphasis in exercise physiology. Although they are proficient with most age groups and training needs, they tend to have a niche with the “active agers” or those over 40 and into retirement years. Bill and Connie treat their clients with care and design fitness programs to fit the specialized needs of each individual from injury rehabilitation to long term general fitness. Both Bill and Connie were NCAA athletes and are still very active in sports, fitness, and recreational activities.

Allie Church - Restorative Kinetics

Hi, I’m Allie, and I’ve have been an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer since 2018. I started out as a track Athlete and competed from 8 th grade all the way to my Junior year of College at Oregon State University. I had some great coaches along the way, as well as some not-so-great ones. I realized early on that the right coach can change a person’s mental and physical trajectory. I wanted to become the kind of coach that had someone’s back, thought outside of the box, and always put the need of the client front and center. I began by training under a combat medic and RN named Guido Van Ryssegem, working with students in staff who suffered from chronic pain, or who were newly released from physical therapy. He was the first person who taught me how to evaluate the posture of an indivdual and create a plan to help them rehab from injuries and correct postural deviations. After graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science, I was hired as an exercise physiologist for two years, helping Boeing airplane mechanics work and live with less pain. I held classes discussing the importance of hydration, nutrition, and other health topics that were pertinent to positive lifestyle changes. In addition, I learned many useful techniques by collaborating with athletic trainers and other physiologists. In 2021, I opened a personal training business in Northern Seattle that I ran for the better part of 5 years. I worked with desk workers, runners, climbers, skiers etc. to rehab from injury, prepare for sport, and reach their diverse health and wellness goals. Overall, my approach is grounded in personalized assessments and curiosity about each person and their individual exercise history. My passion has always been to help my clients feel freedom in their movement, and to reduce any limiting issues that are holding them back. Working with me means tracking progress, being clear about goals, and seeing the objective metrics so there’s no doubt you’re making progress.
